For more than two decades, I have worked with people, organizations, leaders and talent; building, learning and growing through experiences that shaped not just how I work, but what I believe good HR and recruitment should look like.
For many years, I was building that work under an identity that was not my own.
The work was mine.
The experience was mine.
The relationships I built were mine.
The lessons — both the successes and the difficult ones — were mine.
But the identity belonged elsewhere.
And somewhere along the way, I realized something important:
I didn't want to simply continue doing the work.
I wanted to build something that carried my own values,
my own perspective and my own way of working.
That realization became the beginning of something I had wanted for a long time. The freedom to build something of my own.
That something became GuideNX.
GuideNX is not a reinvention of what I know. It is everything I have learned, experienced and built over the years. Now brought together under my own identity, values and vision.
What changes is the name. What changes is the freedom to build it my way.
And that is why GuideNX is more than a new business for me. It is a new chapter of work that has been years in the making.
